Our Athletic philosophy is to train and develop young men to give their best athletically, while incorporating our overall mission of Bethesda, which is to teach a love of God, a Love of Learning, and a Strong work Ethic. “Winning from the inside out: is our message. We desire to win in every aspect of living!”

Middle school sports is a great way to teach our young men how to be discipline, humble and to uphold a code of honor when engaging in competition in and out of the classroom. Our young student athletes are our lifeline, important pieces of the blueprint that makes us a family in all areas! Bethesda Academy participates in middle school sports through the Savannah Parochial Athletic League (SPAL).

The school offers exceptional middle school sports programs for football, basketball, and track and field.

Bethesda Academy JV and Varsity Athletics currently participates in the South Carolina Independent School Association (SCISA). Join us as we face off against some of the area’s top athletic programs, and compete in even a few new areas of sports. Our coaching staff has high energy, and are very dedicated to enhancing your son’s character.

Our school’s sports programs are operated under the direction of Bethesda Academy Athletic Director, Antwain Turner.
