Bethesda Academy is honored to work closely with several organizations dedicated to Bethesda’s ongoing success. Each of these organizations makes a significant contribution to Bethesda and serves as a guiding force in fulfilling the goal to help our young men reach their fullest potential:
The Women’s Board, which has 50 active members and 25 sustaining members, is dedicated to enriching and improving the lives of the young men at Bethesda Academy and to assisting the President of Bethesda. The Women’s Board has spearheaded the renovation of several cottages on campus and hosts a number of fundraisers and special events throughout the year. To learn more about the WBOB, click here!
Originally founded in 1935, Bethesda Alumni, Inc. is open to men who are 18 years or older and have been residents of Bethesda at any time. Potential members must be recommended by a current Alumni member in good standing and approved by a majority vote at a monthly meeting. This organization supports ongoing efforts at Bethesda and holds monthly meetings.
The Endowment Board is dedicated to managing the school’s endowment fund responsibly and ensuring the financial health of the institution. Over the years, many of Savannah’s leading business leaders have joined forces to serve as responsible executors of Bethesda’s critical endowment.
