Generosity has shaped Bethesda’s success for nearly three centuries. We are grateful for the support from generous individuals and companies who have selflessly supported Bethesda.
Today, with a combination of an endowment, GOAL Scholarship contributions, annual fund donations and special event fundraisers, Bethesda Academy provides financial assistance for over 90% of our students.
We are proud that we are able to offer the Bethesda Academy experience to a socially and economically diverse population. It is because of Bethesda’s generous supporters that we have the ability to award financial aid to so many families.

Lead the Way is the name of Bethesda’s strategic plan, adopted by the Board of Governors in 2015. In order to help implement the plan, the David Tribble President’s Fund has been established. Named for Bethesda’s longtime President, Dr. T. David Tribble, the President’s Fund will be used to launch the initiatives that will define Bethesda Academy as a place of Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability.

“If it wasn’t for Bethesda, I would not be the individual that I am today. To these people standing around me and behind me right now – from my senior class to my teachers – thank you. I am completely humbled right now.”
– Roemello Stokes, Class of 2013

“I think that all of us who support Bethesda do so for the boys and the wonderful mission of Bethesda. How fortunate we are that the State of GA allows us a tax credit that we can take advantage of through our GOAL Scholarship Program. I write the check, the state reimburses me, and the boys benefit. Wow!”
“Of all my volunteer work, the service to the young men of Bethesda Academy has been the most engaging and meaningful.”
“When thinking about charities to donate to this year, I hope you will consider Bethesda. Your contribution could make such a difference in the life of a child.”

“My teacher tells us that men are judged by the way they work, by what they do, not what they say. I’ll take that philosophy with me when I enter the work world.”
