There is nothing like the start of a new school year. Boys in their freshly minted uniforms, teachers welcoming students back, dorm parents forging and creating new bonds within each cottage, and the sound of football cletes and clashing helmets. As Bethesda Academy begins our 273rd year, we welcome you to learn more about this special place where boys grow into young men of purpose, scholarship and service.
Our core values have remained unchanged for nearly three centuries – a love of God, a love of learning and a strong work ethic. From our state-of-the-art video production studio to our hands-on wildlife management program, we provide our young men with a wide range of opportunities to grow.
At Bethesda Academy, we believe in every young man’s potential. We know that if a boy begins to see himself the way that God sees him, he will understand that he truly matters.
